The Rebound is an adult college-life visual novel about starting over, finding yourself, and getting into all kinds of trouble along the way.
You play as a college guy stuck in a slump — recently heartbroken, clueless around women, and living a lifestyle that’s mostly snacks, video games, and regrettable decisions. Mostly survives on instant noodles, caffeine, and questionable life choices.… After a certain incident, you’re forced to step up and actually try to turn your life around.
As the story goes on, you’ll deal with new people, romance, and plenty of NSFW situations that can either push you forward or drag you back. Basketball is also a big part of your journey — not just a sport, but a way to prove yourself and maybe even change the way people see you.
This game is about second chances, screwing up, getting back on your feet, and yeah… maybe scoring big both on and off the court.

The browser stopped working the second time I opened it, right now whenever I open the game it is just a black screen

Hello! The game is very interesting, and I'm glad I can play it. I would like to ask if there is a continuation after you go for a walk with Nixi and her dog? I’ve reached this point, and everything seems to repeat itself, and nothing new happens. Also, with Lana, are there any new events after all these interactions (I’ve only gotten to the massage and helping with household chores with her)? Where do I need to go next? I only have the house, park, basketball court, and food park unlocked. Are there any NSFW moments in the current version, and how can I unlock them? Also, in the downloaded PC version, there’s no voice acting. Maybe I’m not pressing the right buttons and that’s why I can’t progress further in the story? I would appreciate any answers. Thanks!
The game is currently in development, and the storylines for Nixi and Lana are also in progress. There are some NSFW moments involving them, but there are no explicit sex scenes yet.
The voices for the female characters should be working correctly. I’ve double checked on my end.
At the moment, the number of locations is limited, as the sandbox system takes time to develop properly. I’m putting a lot of effort into making the game more enjoyable and polished with each update.

Or is this currently all the available content? It just seems like nothing is changing and everything is the same, and there is still no progression with the characters.Maybe I'm doing something wrong, and that's why I can't progress further in the plot. Also, when you download the latest PC version and extract the files, inside it might be version 0.10, which could be why there is no voice acting or other things.

There are no continuation of the plot after the events you mentioned yet. in ver 0.1.3 there are new characters: Ava and Riley with new location Downtown, gym.
I just noticed that ver0.1.2 does not have voice for characters and I will upload again with the voices.

Really love how unique this feels, finally something different in the VN space. The mix with basketball works better than I expected.
Hi DEV, I have important questions:
Will there be content and a harem ending? And is the content forced or can it be avoided? By this I mean some fetishes or labels that sometimes appear in the game that aren't to everyone's liking, such as LESBIANS, NTR, femdom, etc.
If you meant harem as the protagonist having multiple relationships with females at one time, the answer is yes.
Also, threesomes such as FFM are planned as well.
This game will have an option to avoid unwanted content since the game is planned to make it clear each character's sexual preference before jumping into any sexual scenes in their stories.
